Thankful..

After six weeks of intense training, (real studio experiences!) The Career Academy of Broadcasting gave me my diploma, a handshake, and told me and my friend Joe that we would never get a job in radio. Joe promptly got a job at (I’m not kidding) WEED-AM, and I got a job with (I’m not kidding again) WYTI-AM (The Mighty Whitey!) I lost contact with Joe, but after over 40 years, I still get to have fun on the radio every morning. It’s one of the things I’m thankful for. Happy Thanksgiving! Now go be thankful!
